to select either Next Day Air shipping or Second Day Air shipping when checking out.
While some oversized items may qualify for
Priority Processing, they are
not eligible for express shipping (Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping).
The Priority Processing option
is available on most items within CrayolaStore.com and will be presented as an option only on
items that qualify. If you do not see the option, ADD PRIORITY PROCESSING while on the
shopping-cart page, an item in your shopping cart does not qualify.
Choosing Priority Processing
does not guarantee that your order will be automatically approved. If, during our review
process, errors are found or the credit card is declined, then the order will be placed
on hold until the issues are resolved.
Priority Processing is only available for in-stock orders placed between the
hours of 12:00 a.m. EDT and 2 p.m. EDT, Monday through Friday. Orders for Crayola custom
crayon boxes do not qualify for this option.
The option to add Priority Processing to your order will only be available in

hours. If you added the option to your cart prior to 2 p.m. EDT, but had not submitted
your order by then, you may submit the order up until 2:30 p.m. EDT. Otherwise the option
will not apply, though the fee will be charged to your credit card.
